LG V30 Latest Renders Show off Dual Rear Camera Design

LG's next big release in the 'V' series, the LG V30, has been one of the most discussed devices of the year. The features list of the upcoming smartphone is an impressive one as well. Now, however, a leaked CAD (Computer Aided Design) render by leakster @OnLeaks, often a trusted source of such information, reveals that the dual cameras of the LG V30 are arranged horizontally on the back.

LG V30 Features

The leaked images also point out certain other features. First, it seems to have the same design philosophy as the LG G6, another LG flagship. The battery is non-removable. The rear panel we saw in the leaked render is glossy black, while the display size seems to be 6 inches. Also present will be the 18:9 FullVision display. Unlike the LG V20, the preceding flagship, we do not see the secondary display on this device. This is a notable exception and is something that we had confirmed earlier.

The dual cameras are supposed to be extraordinarily good at taking pictures. There will be two wide angle lenses instead of two telephoto lenses. Also, the design indicates that the LG V30 may have wireless charging just like we had reported.

A further look at the leaked renders also indicates that the phone lock button is located on the right-hand panel, which might indicate that the volume rockers are on the left. Just below the horizontal rear cameras lies the fingerprint sensor. The V30 will retain the 3.5mm headphone jack as well.

Like we have mentioned in our earlier post, the LG V30 will likely launch on August 31, one day before the IFA 2017 kicks off in Berlin. From what we have seen, LG seems to have a winner on its hands as it has successfully managed to bring together looks and features together in one device.
